Order Cancellation
Changed your mind? No worries — you can cancel your order within 4 hours of placing it. Please note, however, that a 5% cancellation fee will apply. This fee covers the non-refundable charges imposed by our payment processor.
Return or Replacement
We offer a return or replacement if you receive a damaged or incorrect item with your order.
Props:
- Unboxing video is mandatory: Returns or replacements can only be processed if you share an uncut video of the unboxing along with clear photos showing the issue.
- Inspect upon delivery: Please check your items as soon as they arrive. If you notice any damage or defect, contact us immediately via WhatsApp at +91-9945327765.
- In case your product arrives with any defects or damage, kindly inform us within 24 hours of delivery so we can assist you promptly. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll arrange for a replacement or issue a refund at the earliest.
- If you choose to return an item, please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping, including all associated costs and risks involved in the process.
- Please ensure that returned items are in resalable condition — this means they must be unused, undamaged, in their original packaging, and with all tags intact, exactly as you received them.
Backdrops:
Backdrops cannot be returned as they are custom-made specifically for your order.
Note:
As many of our props are handmade, minor imperfections such as tiny joint cracks or slight paint peel-offs may be present — these are not flaws, but a reflection of the handcrafted character.
